Leg Press 4 x 6

Yesterday I successfully defended my dissertation. Feels really good. I went out last night to celebrate with friends and we went pretty large. Surprisingly I actually felt decent this morning, after sleeping in quite a lot. I was late going to the gym, and arrived right at 5 PM. It was crazy packed, so I cut most accessory work.
