Snatch Grip Press 95 lbs 3 x 6, 105 lbs x 6

Bench Press

     w/  Slingshot 255 lbs 5 x 2

Barbell Rows 255 lbs 3 x 5

Lifting was lousy today. Some times that’s just the way it is.
