Deadlift 405 lbs x 3, 500 lbs x 1.5 singles

Snatch Grip Deadlift 405 lbs 5 x 2

Stiff Legged Deadlift w/ 2″  deficit 330lbs  3 x 6

My lower back is really starting to bother me. I think it’s the air mattress that I’m sleeping on. Oh well, just a little bit over a week before I head back to Knoxville, to sleep in my big comfy bed with Amy.
