Incline Bench Press 185 lbs x 25 reps total

Barbell Row 285 lbs 5 x 5

Snatch High Pulls 185 lbs 5 x 3

Wrestler’s Bridge 4 x 40 sec

Had a decent time training today. Turns out wrestler’s bridges really help when your lower back is messed up.
