Squat 385 lbs x 1, 315 lbs x 21 reps total
After about a week out of the gym, and a couple days after sitting in the car for over 15 hours, I got back after it today. Nothing impressive, just enough to knock some dust loose. I’ll go back in either tomorrow or Monday and start my next training cycle.
