Incline Bench Press 205 lbs x 9 reps, 185 lbs x 12 reps
Dumbbell Bench Press 85 lbers 3 x 6
Barbell Row 285 lbs 4 x 5
Wide Grip Pull ups 5 x 5
I did make it back into the gym yesterday, but that was just about the worst training session I can remember. So I won’t mention it. Today went better, my lower back was feeling really wonky, so I stayed away from lifts that might aggravate that.
