Saturday 8/10 Training

Push Press 250 lbs x 3 singles, 225 lbs 4 x 3

Tricep Push Down 3 x 10

Lat Pull Down 3 x 8

Low Cable Row 3 x 6

Pressing went “okay”, everything else was pretty lousy. I was going to do some slingshot benching, but my left wrist is still acting up and felt very unstable even tightly wrapped. So I just did some machine accessory work.
