Deadlift 475 lbs 2 x 2, 505 lbs x 1

Stiff Legged Deadlift w/ 2″  deficit 365 lbs 4 x 4

Hack Squats x total crap

Beltless Pause Squats x total crap

I know it’s a marathon and not a sprint, but it does get pretty tiresome when you feel like you’re just spinning your wheels. The 505 deadlift was a grinder, but it felt good to finish it at least.
