Saturday 8/17 Training

Push Press 255 lbs x 3 singles, 225 lbs 3 x 3

Weighted Dips BW + 60 lbs x 3, + 50 lbs 3 x 5

Weighted Wide Grip Pull Ups BW + 25 lbs 4 x 4

Barbell Rows 295 lbs 3 x 5

Training tonight was adequate, which is a good deal better than it had been previously this week. I’m still not back to where I should be, but I do feel like I’m making progress in that direction sometimes.
