Monday 8/19 Training

Power Snatch 135 lbs x 3, 155 lbs x 5 reps

Snatch High Pulls 205 lbs 4 x 5

Squat 375 lbs x 2 singles, 330 lbs 3 x 5

Tonight was really crappy. Those 375 lb singles were supposed to be sets of 5, and there were supposed to be more of them. Squatting in general seems to be regressing.
