Clean & Press 185 lbs 4 x 3

Incline Press 185 lbs 5 x 5

Weighted Wide Grip Pull Ups BW + 25 lbs 5 x 4

Barbell Rows 295 lbs 4 x 5

Tonight was an improvement, I’d almost say it was “good.” I wanted 6 triples pressing, but made up for that shortfall a bit with some volume incline pressing.
