Push Press 225 lbs x 3, 260 lbs x 3 misses, 235 lbs 4 x 3

Dumbbell Bench Press 80 lbers 3 x 8

Lat Pull Down 3 x 6

Low Cable Row 3 x 8

I’ll give today a B-. Pressing wasn’t great, my timing is off and mental focus remains a problem. Everything else was chosen to be low impact on my lower back, since that part of me is still toasted from yesterday’s deadlifting.
