Squat Lockouts (~10-15 seconds) 455 lbs, 500 lbs, 550 lbs, 600 lbs x 2

Really shitty training tonight. Really stressed about a lot of major life stuff, made it very difficult to concentrate. Since I feel like I’m being crushed, I decided to see just how much I could stand under.
