Wednesday 9/4 Training

Snatch Grip Press 115 lbs 2 x 5, 120 lbs x 5

Clean & Press 170 lbs 3 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 8

Dumbbell Flies 4 x 10

Face Pulls 3 x 20

Tonight was acceptable, which was a huge improvement over last night. Not the heaviest sets of 5 I’ve pressed, but decent weight for me at this point.
