Monday 9/6 Training

Squat 

315 lbs x 5

365 lbs x 3

405 lbs x 2

420 lbs x 1

Tonight was a night to squat and get out. The single was ~95% of my all time max, and felt like it moved quickly. All the rep work felt crappy though, my hips just feel tight and hurt at anything over 2 reps regardless of weight on the bar.
