Snatch Grip Press 120 lbs 3 x 5

Clean & Press 185 lbs x 3, 3, 2, 4, 2

“Cheat” Rows 295 lbs 5 x 5

Face Pulls 4 x 25

I think of it this way, all the training days that suck, that feel slow and heavy, and I just have to slog through it all; that’s when I pay for the good days that make me feel like superman. Today was almost one of those days, and definitely felt way better than anything over the past couple weeks.
