Monday 9/16 Training

Squat 365 lbs x 1

Olympic Squat 315 lbs 3 x 5

Paused Breathing Squat 275 lbs 2 x 2

Overall, another rough day training. Everything felt super heavy, and my hips are feeling very tight. Got less than half of the work done that I had planned. But, upon opening up my blog to make this post, I saw that my Dad had left a comment on my last entry that really helped. Thanks Dad.
