Tuesday 9/17 Training

Snatch Grip Press 125 lbs 3 x 5

Clean & Press 175 lbs 5 x 5

“Cheat” Rows 300 lbs 3 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 8

I tweaked my strict press form a bit and I think it helped a lot, certainly felt more stable and made it much easier to push my head through at the top to finish. Also, after I finished lifting, a guy at the gym asked if I was a bouncer. That made me feel good.
