Power Jerk 185 lbs x 3, 205 lbs x 3, 225 lbs x 3, 245 lbs x 0

Push Press 250 lbs x 0, 225 lbs 3 x 4

“Strict”-er Barbell Rows 225 lbs 4 x 6

Face Pulls 2 x 15

Overall, not a great training session. I decided to fiddle around with power jerks, just to see how they felt. I think I’ll stick with push pressing. Though that was a bit of a let down tonight as well.
