Paused Squats (beltless) 315 lbs 4 x 3
Front Squats 225 lbs 3 x 5
Another rough training day, everything felt really heavy and my hips were on fire throughout. It has been a long time since I had a session where squatting felt good. Oh well, put the work in, and hopefully progress will be made.
