Tuesday 9/24 Training

Snatch Grip Press 130 lbs 3 x 5

Clean & Press 195 lbs x 1, 1, 2; 185 lbs 3 x 4

“Cheat” Rows 300 lbs 4 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 4 x 8

Tonight felt good overall, but definitely didn’t start out that way. The first rep at 195 lbs was a total grind. However, everything felt better and better as I kept going, so that was nice. Glad I didn’t pack it in early on.
