Snatch Grip Deadlift 315 lbs x 3, 405 lbs x 3 singles

Deadlift

      Beltless 455 lbs 3 x 3

      Conventional 515 lbs x 0

      DOH 315 lbs x 2, 2, 3

Stiff Legged Deadlift w/ 2″  deficit 385 lbs x 3, 3, 4

Hack Squats 175 lbs 3 x 15

Overall, I’d give tonight a C. Snatch grip deads felt really heavy, but the beltless pulling actually felt pretty good as well as the stiff legged deadlifts. 515 lbs just wasn’t budging.
