Saturday 9/28 Training

Push Press 225 lbs x 5, 5, 5, 4, 3, 3

Low Cable Rows 5 x 10

Lat Pull Downs 5 x 10

Dumbbell Flies 5 x 8

Improvement. My goal was 5 x 5 push pressing, which I didn’t get, but I did get all 25 reps. Everything was pretty shot after that, so I just did a bunch of lower weight bodybuilder-ish type stuff. All in all, felt good.
