Squat 405 lbs x 2, 2, 2, 1, 2

Paused Squats (beltless) 315 lbs 4 x 4

Front Squats 225 lbs 4 x 4

An improvement on last week’s squatting, but still no where close to where I should be. I don’t know why I’ve regressed so much, but hopefully this improvement will continue and I’ll eventually reach my goals.
