Wednesday 10/2 Training

Snatch Grip Press 130 lbs 3 x 5

Clean & Press 180 lbs 5 x 5

“Cheat” Rows 300 lbs 2 x 5, 310 lbs x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 8

Strict pressing seems to be moving well. 25 reps of 180 lbs made me feel pretty good, especially since I wasn’t sure if I was going to get them when I started out. Also, snatch grip pressing was a lot smoother.
