Yates Rows 225 lbs 5 x 6
Wide Grip Pull Ups 2 x 8
Earlier this week when I went to deadlift I pulled a hamstring badly on my very first warm up set. I took a couple days off, and today instead of push pressing I benched for the first time in a couple months. It went okay, though I’m never going to really enjoy benching as much as I enjoy putting something over head. Unfortunately, the gym lost power while I was doing my accessory work so that was cut short.
