Wednesday 10/9 Training

Snatch Grip Press 135 lbs 3 x 5

Clean & Press 195 lbs 3 x 3, 2 x 2

“Cheat” Rows 300 lbs 5 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 8

Tonight’s training was the first session to really feel good in at least 2 or 3 weeks. Felt very good. Snatch grip press builds my regular press and my regular press builds my push press. Hopefully I’ll be hitting a new overhead PR or two soon.
