Friday 10/11 Training

Snatch Grip Deadlift 315 lbs x 3, 375 lbs x 3, 425 lbs x 3

Deadlift

      Beltless 475 lbs 3 x 3

      DOH 315 lbs 3 x 3

Stiff Legged Deadlift w/ 2″  deficit 385 lbs 3 x 4

Hack Squats 185 lbs 3 x 15

Not the heaviest I’ve gone, but an all around solid deadlifting session. Definitely feeling the beltless deadlifting in my trunk and the DOH pulls in my forearms. Tally-ho!
