Bench Press w/ Slingshot 255 lbs x 3, 275 lbs 3 x 3, 225 lbs x 10

Wide Grip Pull Ups BW + 35 lbs 3 x 5

Ab Wheel Rollouts 4 x 6

This week started out with a lousy squatting session, but everything else has been solid. I’ve been focusing a lot of my frustration from my job hunting into my lifting. Seems to be working. A very thin silver lining.
