Snatch Grip Press 140 lbs 3 x 4

Clean & Press 185 lbs 4 x 4

“Cheat” Rows 305 lbs 3 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 9

Tonight was a real grind. For the past couple weeks strict pressing has gone really well, so I knew eventually it would slow down. Tonight was that night, though I still feel like I got good work in. My shoulders feel completely spent.
