“Cheat” Two Hand Plate Pinches 2 plates 5 x 10 seconds
Decided to do some high bar squatting tonight as I hadn’t in a long time. Maybe it was just the lighter weight, but it really felt good, much much easier on my knees and hips than the low bar squatting I have been doing. Though on my first “heavy” rep my underwear detonated. Also my pinch grip strength is embarrassing.
