Beltless 485 lbs 3 x 3
DOH 325 lbs 3 x 3
Stiff Legged Deadlift w/ 2″ deficit 385 lbs 4 x 4
I’ll get back to hack squatting eventually, I promise. This week’s pulling was pretty heavy for me, and by the time I got to the stiff-legged deadlifts I was running on fumes. I am happy that I got as much work in as I did though, even the first snatch grip work set felt heavy.
