Push Press 225 lbs x 3, 245 lbs x 3, 255 lbs x 0, 0

Machine Press 6 x 8

Lat Pull Down 3 x 8

Low Cable Row 3 x 8

Not a great session. Two weeks ago I hit 255 lbs for a new push press 3RM, but tonight I couldn’t get a single. After that let down I decided to just do some bodybuilder-ish work as my lower back was already feeling pretty rough.
