Tuesday 10/29 Training

Snatch Grip Press 140 lbs x 5, 5, 3, 1

Clean & Press 185 lbs 5 x 3

“Cheat” Rows 315 lbs 4 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 10

All pressing from a dead stop. To be honest, I thought I’d lose more ground than I did. Hopefully this will wind up being one small step back leading to several large steps forward. I’m gunning for a 2 plate strict press as soon as achievable.
