High Bar Squat 360 lbs 5 x 3, 375 lbs x 1

Ab Wheel Rollouts x total crap

“Cheat” Two Hand Plate Pinches 2 plates x total crap

Not a great training session. Mainly I just let myself wuss out. High bar squatting is progressing decently. Hopefully in 8 weeks or so I’ll be back in the 400’s minus the hip and knee pain.
