Push Press 235 lbs x 5, 5, 5, 4, 3

Weighted Pull Ups BW + 45 lbs 4 x 4

“Strict”-er Rows 235 lbs 4 x 8

Triceps Push Downs 4 x 15

Feeling pretty wrecked after tonight. Every once in a while I hit a push press just perfectly and it feels effortless. Would really be nice to dial in that form for all my reps.
