Snatch Grip Press 125 lbs x 3, 135 lbs x 3, 145 lbs x 3

Clean & Press 185 lbs x 3, 205 lbs x 1, 175 lbs 4 x 7

Face Pulls 4 x 15

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 10

Got some decent volume pressing in. Wanted a triple at 205 lbs, and the first rep went up really easily, but nothing doing after that. My abdominals are really killing me now, gotta keep that trunk rigid.
