Push Press 255 lbs x 15 reps, singles and doubles over 30 minutes

“Trappi” Pulls 135 lbs 5 x 5

Average Band Resisted Push Ups 5 x 10

Lat Pull Downs 4 x 6

Working on my push press form with relatively heavy weight for me. Seemed to be getting better. I tried out the Trappi pulls that Klokov uses, not sure if I’m doing them correctly, we’ll see. The band resisted push ups really smoked my triceps though. It’s a good thing.
