Front Squat 275 lbs x 3, 295 lbs x 3, 305 lbs x 3
High Bar Squat 370 lbs 5 x 3, first rep paused
Hanging Leg Raises 3 x 8
Warming up with front squats prior to back squatting is good stuff. Overall, decent squatting, but I cut out a lot of the accessory work I’d planned because I was really flagging at the end. My trunk strength continues to be an issue.
