Clean & Press 185 lbs x 3, 205 lbs x 1, x, 200 lbs x 0

“Cheat” Rows 315 lbs 5 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 4 x 8

Not a great day pressing. I don’t know if it’s just poor timing, but my intensity pressing days seem to suck while my volume pressing days continue to improve. Hopefully that will eventually spill over into some PRs, but for now it’s just frustrating.
