Thursday 11/21 Training

Snatch Grip Deadlift 365 lbs x 3, 405 lbs x 3, 445 lbs x 1, 460 lbs x 1

Deadlift 

               Conventional 500 lbs x 2, 405 lbs x 5

                DOH Speed Pulls 335 lbs 3 x 3

Hack Squats 195 lbs 3 x 15

460 lbs was a snatch grip PR, so that was nice, but the conventional pulling was pretty lacking. Hack squats murdered my quads, hopefully they’ll pay off in better speed off the floor.
