Clean & Push Press 240 lbs 3 x 2, 3 x 3

“Cheat” Rows 275 lbs 5 x 8

Average Band Resisted Push Ups 5 x 10

Lat Pull Downs 3 x 8

I want to get more explosive pulling in my training, so I’m going to try cleaning from the floor all but my heaviest push presses. Overall a decent session, back and triceps are feeling really smoked now.
