Monday 11/25 Training

Front Squat 275 lbs x 3, 295 lbs x 3, 310 lbs x 2

High Bar Squat 375 lbs 5 x 3

Hanging Leg Raises 3 x 10

Back Extensions 3 x 10

High bar squatting can be pretty rough, especially the first set. Usually the 2nd and 3rd sets feel increasingly better, the 4th set feels decent, and the 5th set is a grind. That’s probably mental though.
