Snatch Grip Deadlift 365 lbs x 3, 405 lbs x 3, 445 lbs x 3


               Beltless 495 lbs 3 x 3

                DOH Speed Pulls 345 lbs x 6 singles

Average Banded Good Mornings 4 x 25

Finally had a solid day deadlifting. Honestly, I was nervous heading into the heavy triples. Five plates seems to trigger a mental block, last time I only got three reps total, over two sets. Tonight though everything felt solid and tight. My lower back was pretty fried after I was done, so I cut out stiff-legged deads and went with some pre-hab for my erector spinae.
