Front Squat 275 lbs x 3, 295 lbs x 3, 315 lbs x 3
High Bar Squat 380 lbs x 1, 315 lbs x 2
Lousy training tonight. I tried to let my lower back recuperate as much as possible after last week’s deadlifting, but it wasn’t quite there yet, and my back squatting was total crap. Front squatting was decent.
