Snatch Grip Press 145 lbs x 3, 3, 2

Clean & Press 185 lbs 4 x 3, 200 lbs x 3, 190 lbs x 4

Low Cable Rows 3 x 15

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3 x 5

Much better training session tonight, hit a new 3RM and it went up pretty easily. Definitely felt good after yesterday’s squatting shit show.
