Push Press 225 lbs 2, 245 lbs x 1, 260 lbs x 3, 2, 1, 240 lbs x 6

Wide Grip Pull Ups BW + 50 lbs 5 x 3

Strict Rows w/ 5 count pause at top 155 lbs 5 x 5

Band Resisted Push Ups 5 x 12

Pretty happy with how tonight went. 260 x 3 was a new PR. I’m still a long way from where I’d like to be right now, but progress is progress and I’ll take it. Adding the pause at the top of the rows made it extremely difficult, as can be noted by the extreme drop in weight used. We’ll see if it’s worth the trouble.
