Saturday 12/30 Training

Clean & Push Press 245 lbs 5 x 2

Front Squat 225 lbs x 3, 275 lbs x 3, 300 lbs x 3, 305 lbs x 2

Snatch Grip Deadlift 315 lbs x 3, 365 lbs x 3, 405 lbs x 1, 415 lbs x 1, 425 lbs x 1

Chest Supported Rows 5 x 8

Due to sudden life changes I had to take a long break from training. Not fun, but sometimes that’s just what happens. Today I got to train with my brother-in-law and a friend of his. My BIL is a division I collegiate discus thrower, so he definitely knows his way around the weightroom. Overall it felt really good to knock the dust off. Nothing crazy heavy, and mostly low volume.
