Monday 1/6 Training

Clean & Press 185 lbs x 3, 2, 1

Bench Press 200 lbs 3 x 5

Wide Grip Pull Ups x 8, 7, 3, 3

Dumbbell Rows 80 lbers 3 x 8

First time benching in quite a while. It looks like I’m going to be doing a powerlifting meet in about 11 weeks though, so I better get better at it. Because right now I suck big time.
