Snatch Grip Deadlift 135 lbs x 5, 225 lbs x 5, 315 lbs x 5

Deadlift 

               Conventional  405 lbs x 2, 455 lbs x 2, 500 lbs x 1,

                                      440 lbs 2 x 3 beltless

                DOH Speed Pulls 350 lbs 3 x 3

Stiff Legged Deadlift off 2″ deficit 350 lbs 5 x 3

I am now training for a powerlifting meet in about 10 weeks. So no more strapped deadlifting. Also, a lot more benching.
